Zone 30 represents approximately seven acres of warehousing and laydown space – located directly adjacent to AV Dawson’s main port facility, Port of Middlesbrough. The site benefits from direct rail frontage, with direct connectivity to the East Coast Mainline and excellent road transport links, with access onto the A66 and A19 arterial routes.

Acquired in 2022, the site has been utilised as a rail terminal and storage facility for minerals. It is therefore ideally suited for a range of dry bulk cargoes.
